Chilli is a world renowned spicy fruit and is both sweet and hot. With our Vula Viti Chilli Vodka, we set out to create a Fijian liquor that captures the essence of the fruit. Crafted with a complex process of distillation and maceration of our own Fijian Bongo chilies, this vodka delivers a unique sweet and spicy taste that works well straight up or adds a delightful kick to any fruit juice.
The Spicy Melon was created to enhance the unique taste of our Chilli Vodka. The perfect summer poolside sipper with a bit of a kick!
To your shaker add the Vula Viti Chilli Vodka, the fresh watermelon juice and the sugar syrup.
Add a generous amount of ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds (keep in mind that ice that is not solid will melt too quickly and ruin the cocktails taste)
Strain into a glass filled with ice and garnish with a watermelon wedge.
