The Vula Pina is bright and is the perfect expression of a vodka based pineapple cocktail. It’s light, refreshing and is perfect for our Fijian climate.
In a glass, combine your Vula Viti Vodka, fresh pineapple juice and lime juice. Clap five mint leaves into the mix and stir using the bar spoon.
Add solid clear ice to the glass and top up with soda from a height; this will create a nice foam.
Garnish with a mint sprig and pineapple wedge. Admire your handiwork.
