Pina Colada

A timeless escape in a glass. This isn’t just any Pina Colada. It’s a celebration of Fiji’s spirit, crafted with KaloKalo Pure White Rum to enhance the classic blend of pineapple and coconut into something truly extraordinary. Smooth, refreshing and undeniably Fijian.

Made from a sugarcane-based rum with a clean, crisp finish, paired with creamy coconut milk and tangy pineapple juice- the perfect beachside treat, perfect for sunny days and lazy afternoons.

Nothing says holiday like a Pina Colada !

You'll Need

  • 60ml KaloKalo Pure White Rum 
  • 45ml fresh pineapple juice
  • 30ml coconut cream 
  • 30ml sugar syrup- you can vary this depending on your preference 
  • 15ml lime juice 
  • Pineapple wedge and pineapple frond for garnish 
  • Good solid ice 

Tools

  • Jigger 
  • Shaker (or jar if you don’t have a shaker)
  • Poco Grande glass

Putting It Together

Add all your ingredients into your shaker or jar, starting with the least expensive to the most expensive ingredient- this way if you make a mistake at the beginning stages of building your drink, you can start over without wasting too much. 

Add a handful of ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a glass filled with ice. An alternative to this step is to add all the ingredients into a blender and blend if you prefer a frozen Pina Colada.

Garnish your cocktail with the pineapple wedge and pineapple fronds.
