Every bottle is handcrafted at our distillery in Pacific Harbour, where tradition meets innovation. We begin with the same high-quality molasses derived from Fiji's sun-kissed sugarcane, which we ferment and distill in small copper pot stills to create our signature clean, complex white rum. To this, we delicately infuse the essence of premium coconuts, achieving a balance that is both rich and refined.
