The Gingerbread Espresso Martini is a decadent, spiced twist on the classic espresso martini, blending the warmth of gingerbread with the bold flavours of Fijian coffee and spirits. This is a cosy yet sophisticated cocktail that feels like a tropical holiday in a glass.

Crafted with LoaLoa Coffee Liqueur and Vula Viti Vodka, espresso, a dash of ginger syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon. Served in a martini glass or coupe lined with cinnamon sugar,  a dessert-like treat with a kick.

The Gingerbread Espresso Martini – cosy yet sophisticated !

You'll Need

  • 30ml LoaLoa Coffee Liqueur
  • 30ml  Vula Viti Vodka
  • 30ml fresh cooled espresso
  • 10ml ginger syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Good solid ice

Tools

  • Jigger 
  • Shaker (or jar if you don’t have a shaker)
  • Strainer
  • Martini glass

Putting It Together

Before starting on your cocktail, prep your glass: rim your glass with the ginger syrup and cinnamon.

After rimming your glass, place it in the freezer to chill.

In your shaker or jar, add all your ingredients from least expensive to most. This way, if you make a mistake, you can start over without wasting much. So add your ingredients in this order: cinnamon, fresh cooled espresso, ginger syrup, LoaLoa Coffee Liqueur, and Vula Viti Vodka.

Add good solid ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

Take your glass out of the freezer and strain your drink into your prepped glass.
