This classic Martini is a smooth and savoury concoction that’s as adventurous as it is delicious. The perfect balance of brine and botanicals makes this one a standout in any setting.

Made with Blue Turtle Gin, dry vermouth, and a dash of olive brine, this cocktail delivers an unforgettable combination of crisp and salty flavours.

Sip into something bold with a Dirty Turtle!

You'll Need

  • 60ml Blue Turtle Gin 
  • 10ml dry vermouth
  • 30ml olive brine
  • 3 olives for garnish
  • Good solid ice

Tools

  • Jigger 
  • Shaker (or jar if you don’t have a shaker)
  • Strainer
  • Martini glass

Putting It Together

Chill your glass in the fridge beforehand.

Into your shaker or jar, add Blue Turtle Gin, dry vermouth, olive brine, and ice.

Shake for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and pour into your prepped glass and add your garnish of skewered olives.
