Before preparing your cocktail, mix one part fresh pawpaw juice (blended fresh pawpaw) with one part soda water.
In a Tall Collins glass, combine KaloKalo Pure White Rum and fresh pineapple juice.
Add ice halfway up the glass and stir for at least 15 seconds.
Fill the glass to the brim with ice, then drizzle the 60ml pawpaw mix over the top to create a stunning sunset effect.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge, appreciate the cocktail, then stir well and enjoy.
