A perfect mix of KaloKalo Pure White Rum, a touch of cane sugar syrup, and fresh lime for that added crisp citrus burst.

You'll Need

  • 60ml KaloKalo Pure White Rum 
  • 30ml cane sugar syrup
  • 10ml lime juice
  • 5-6 lime wedges
  • Good clear ice

Tools

  • Jigger
  • Bar spoon or any stirring teaspoon
  • Muddler
  • Old Fashioned or Rocks glass

Putting It Together

In your glass, muddle the lime wedges and then add the sugar syrup and KaloKalo Pure White Rum.

Top up the glass with ice, let it sit, and return after a few minutes.

Stir and taste to see for balance. Adjust, add more ice and serve.
