The Distillery Co Fiji is a Fijian family owned business with its roots as far back as the 19th century. Our ancestors came to Fiji in the 1860's, they loved it so much they made Fiji their home. We love it so much we built a distillery
We are distillers who use our craft to showcase Fiji’s natural beauty, botanicals, and water.
We ferment and distill all our products in Fiji from Fijian grown produce. We distil our own neutral spirit and rum, and we source many of our botanicals from local farmers.
Our ethos is very much grass to glass. We know exactly what is going into our products, which allows us to produce gluten free, fine liquor that we can be proud of. When we say say “Made in Fiji” we mean it.
